Your right to erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Mindspace at any time.
What data we hold
When you create a Mindspace account or subscribe to a plan, we may hold the following personal data: your name, email address, subscription status, and purchase history.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at hello@mindspace.music with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will action your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
What happens when you request deletion
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from Mindspace and Shopify. Note that we may be required to retain certain transactional records for legal and accounting purposes for up to 7 years in accordance with UK law.
Third party data
Mindspace uses Shopify to process orders and Klaviyo to manage email communications. Deletion requests will be actioned across all platforms we control. For further information please refer to Shopify's Privacy Policy and Klaviyo's Privacy Policy.
