Mindspace Professional
The Green Room
This room is not a tool. There is nothing here to set up, nothing to save, and no session to manage.
Every other part of Mindspace was built for the work you do with someone else in the room. This one was not. It is seven albums I wrote, put here for the quarter of an hour between one client and the next, when the door is shut and nobody needs anything from you.
They were written over several years, mostly at night, and they were never meant to be worked with. They were meant to be listened to. Each one runs for about two and a half hours, so you are unlikely ever to reach the end of one between appointments, which is rather the point.
Press play and leave it. That is the whole of it.

Eclipse
A collection of soothing piano, strings and distant guitar melodies, interspersed with soaring soundscapes which, crafted together, have created a deeply relaxing and soothing album.
Alchemy
A magical collage of harmonies. An interwoven tapestry of pianoforte, scintillating strings and synthesis, acoustic and ambient guitars, saxophone and violas, accompanied occasionally by choral arrangements.
Equinox
An ethereal, hauntingly beautiful collection of ambient soundscapes, accompanied by soothing piano, synth harmony, soft guitar, saxophone and distant choral arrangements.
Blossom of Spring
An album that exudes the essence of the transformational beauty of spring.
Secrets of Summer
An album that exudes the feel of summertime. One to lift the spirit and warm the heart, yet the feel of it retains a chilled ambient nuance.
Shades of Autumn
An album for autumn that exudes the essence of the season. One of rustic autumnal colours and glows.
Tales of Winter
Within its musical chapters lie the heart and soul of this peaceful, reverent season, written in hauntingly beautiful instrumentation.
How these play. Each album streams. Nothing downloads, nothing is stored on your device and there is nothing to save. Under each player you will find a beat if you want one, a sleep timer from fifteen minutes to three hours, a dimmer for the screen, and repeat. Everything else has deliberately been left out.
In summary: seven albums, about two and a half hours each, streamed straight through. Press play and leave it. This is the one room in Mindspace that asks nothing of you.
