About five minutes, once. After this a session is two taps.

Build the sound
Six layers. Raise, lower or remove any of them until the room is right.

Save it
Tap the heart. It is yours now, on every device you sign in on.

Choose a journey
Eight of them. The beat descends across the session and holds on its own.

Turn repeat on
It is off until you do. Ten tracks is about fifty minutes — without this, a seventy-five minute session falls silent early, and the beat stops with it.

Press play
Then leave it. Nothing needs touching for the rest of the session.
Before a session: check repeat is on, and that the track count covers the time you have set. Everything else looks after itself.

Rain, sea, birdsong and the rest. Tap to bring one in, tap again to take it out.

Choose a binaural beat
Four built in: 8, 7.83, 7.5 and 6.5 Hz. Or none at all.

Set the timer
Tell it how long the session runs and it fades out at the end rather than stopping dead.

Turn repeat on
It is off until you do. Without it the soundscape ends when the track does, and the beat stops with it.
